Individual Therapy

I work with clients ages 16 and up in person or virtually (anywhere in Louisiana). Sessions are 55-minutes, and they can occur weekly or bi-weekly depending on your level of need and goals. 

I accept the following commercial insurances: Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Carelon, and Quest. I am currently working to get credentialed with BCBS. 

If I do not accept your insurance, I also work with cash pay clients. My full fee is $125 per session. However, I work with some clients for a reduced fee based on financial need, so please feel free to contact me to inquire about sliding-scale pricing.  

I offer EMDR processing sessions in 55 minutes or 85-minute lengths. People may find that a 85-minute processing session gives them the ability to work through memories in fewer sessions. The full fee for 85 minute sessions is $150 dollars.

Mental Health Speaking / Workshops

In 2025, I worked with the Southeast AIDS Education & Training Center to give two continuing education presentations for a multidisciplinary audience of medical and mental health providers.

I’m excited to continue the work of preparing well-researched, engaging presentations on mental health and wellness topics such as LGBTQ+ mental health, creativity and mental health, preventing burnout in mental health providers, and more.
